Marketing Coordinator — May 2022 to February 2024
Consol is the UK's largest tanning studio chain with 50+ locations. I was responsible for the digital marketing output, including social media content, email & SMS campaigns, website copy, app content, the ambassador programme, and the brand's app marketing.

Created and scheduled engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for the @consoluk account (23.7K followers). Content included promotional graphics, lifestyle photography, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement posts.
Brand Ambassador Programme
Recruited, trained, and managed Consol's brand ambassador programme from the ground up. This involved identifying and onboarding influencers and content creators, coordinating photoshoots, managing ongoing relationships, and measuring campaign impact across the brand's social channels.
Website & App Content Management
Maintained and updated all content across consol.eu and the Consol app, ensuring pages were SEO-optimised with fresh, on-brand copy. This included the homepage promotions, app download pages, location-specific content for 52 studios, and in-app promotional content and updates.
Email & SMS Marketing
Planned and executed targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and TextLocal, achieving high engagement and conversion rates. Campaigns included seasonal promotions, new studio launches, loyalty programme updates, and re-engagement flows for lapsed customers across all 52 locations.
